RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders to understand business needs

• Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to be used for machine learning models

• Develop and maintain data models that can be used by AI systems

• Identify opportunities to apply AI solutions to streamline processes and improve user experience.

• Develop machine learning models using various programming languages and tools

• Train models using relevant data sets and fine-tune them for accuracy and performance

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the company's systems

• Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to project stakeholders

• Stay current with AI trends and advancements in the construction industry to help drive innovation within R.W. Tomlinson.

  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the field of AI

• Experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques

• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or other relevant data analysis tools

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Knowledge of security best practices for AI, such as data anonymization, secure model deployment, and secure data handling.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
