ABOUT THE ROLE
The Duchy Arms is part of The Sekforde Group is a growing, independently owned company. We have recently taken over a new pub called the Bowler, which has living space above.

What you will do
- Deputising for the GM & managing the pub in their absence
- Friendly and welcoming to customers, creating good relationships with the customers
- We would like to you build on the positive working environment we currently have
- Opening and closing the pub
- Liaise with kitchen on stock and specials
- Responding to feedback from the guests and reacting
- Record wastage, accidents & complaints in daily records
- Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the pub
- Advise on food and drinks, and upselling on premium drinks
About you
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Good with people, able to create good rapport quickly
- Passionate about food & drink
- Clean and organised whilst making drinks
