About the Role

You will join an operations team dedicated to ensuring the provision of outstanding person-centred care to care home residents.

As a Operations Manager for Agincare you will be responsible for the management oversight of care homes within your locality.

You will support the home managers reporting to you in ensuring that care provision meets company policy, CQC and local and national government expectations by handling any escalated issues and conducting regular reviews and support visits.

You will further support with HR processes including performance management, recruitment and retention and business change where required.

About You

You must have:

  • Management qualification or willing to work towards
  • Previous senior management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of CQC regulations particularly in reference to a care home setting
  • Experience with multi-site management
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to manage a varied workload
