As our Tasting Room Manager, your success is defined as creating memorable (and profitable) experiences for our guests, mobilizing and resourcing our staff, and developing the leaders who report to you.
Campos Family Vineyards is a well-known family-owned boutique winery. We serve award-winning wines and world-class memory-making events. We are looking for a seasoned leader for our incredible hard-working team.

Your primary responsibilities would include:
· Supervising all aspects of wine shop operations, including sales, customer service standards of excellence, and personnel management.
· Leading and developing our tasting room staff
· Managing the coordination of daily on-site bookings and events
· Creating positive guest experiences
· Setting clear direction, especially during periods of higher volume (ex: concerts, and events).
· Overseeing Wine Direct POS operations.
· Acting as the communication liaison between management and Tasting Room staff.
· Providing clear direction to entire Tasting Room staff regarding company strategies and management direction.
· Assisting in developing and executing strategies to increase sales and Brand awareness.
· Promoting, implementing and rewarding staff members to live out our Core Values of being Passionate, Creative and Loyal (see below for how we define those values)
Qualifications
· Two or more years of successful management experience
· Ability to train and develop employees in a retail environment
· Ability to navigate important conversations
· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to train others and monitor their performance.
· Strong experience with Register/POS systems
· College degree preferred but not required
Scheduling Requirements:
- Must be able to work various days/shifts of the week, including evenings, weekends and occasional holidays when we’re open
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
