Location: Head Office, Sheffield, S35 2PW. Located just off Junction 35A off the M1. We offer free onsite parking. This role is a mixture of office and home working. Employees are able to utilise our office facilities more should they wish to. This can vary depending upon work requirements.

We have an opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated individual to be accountable for the control processes and coordination across multiple departments of the pricing and material master data lifecycles, within SAP and associated data systems.
You will also be responsible for investigating and solving complex issues relating to pricing and material master data.administration and coordination of the commercial contract pricing conditions and the material management data control processes within SAP and associated databases.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate SAP master data relating to the whole pricing and material master data lifecycles.
- Coordinate relevant pricing and material master data catalogue e-portals & GDSN data pool.
- Review the quality of the company’s SAP master data by performing regular data quality checks, identifying and rectifying discrepancies, using these to continuously develop the related processes.
- Extraction and analysis of pricing and material master data from department systems and catalogue portals for the purpose of providing relevant data to customers and the business.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and development relating to the department’s systems and processes.
- Coordinate department email account and Salesforce queue. Investigate queries and provide requested data and solutions as appropriate.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience of working within an administration role or data management
- Attention to detail and work to a high degree of accuracy
- Good knowledge of Microsoft, including intermediate Excel skills
- Good organisation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
