Job description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to take up an exciting role leading a skills and talent programme for the Manchester Turing Innovation Hub (MTIH). MTIH is an ambitious initiative designed to accelerate the growth of AI technology and AI-enabled businesses in Greater Manchester.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering an innovative talent and skills programme working with businesses to understand their digital skills needs. You will also be organising recruitment to an AI for Women course and an AI on Demand graduate placement scheme.
You will have proven ability to lead an area of activity within an organisation, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience of skills/talent development in an academic or business environment.
