This is an exciting opportunity to join an engaging Project Management Office within the firm’s exceptional Early Careers Program Management Team.

JPMorgan Chase Full-Time Analyst and Associate (A&A) Programs creates a pipeline for top entry-level talent – enthusiastic, bright and diverse future leaders of the firm. As a member of the firmwide Early Career Programs Project Management Office you will help provide Project Management, Data and Analytics support for 30+ global early career programs who support over 3,000 new joiners each year.

We collaborate with Program Directors and Campus leadership to execute on strategic initiatives that will create substantial impact for our firm. We partner with the Intern Program Management Team to align on strategy to ensure a seamless transition from Intern to Analyst. Our goal is to offer a best-in-class experience for all Full-Time Program Analyst and Associates.

Job Responsibilities

The Program Associate is a critical member of the Early Career Programs Project Management Office, if successful you would have the following core responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate data and reporting on global analysts / associate populations, providing regular success metrics reporting and assisting in the development and execution of data management strategy for full-time global A&A programs
  • Work with partners to create and execute Process Improvement Workflow’s utilizing Skills of the Future to automate manual processes and streamline full-time A&A program processes globally
  • Track and analyze program management stats and metrics on an on-going basis to identify strategic significance and provide trends to key stakeholders through concise and clear PowerPoint updates
  • Work with Data Privacy Teams to ensure confidentiality and privacy standards are met, in collaboration with Program Management lead(s) and then applying these standards to collect feedback from A&A populations via surveying
  • Partner with Program Managers to drive consistency and common standards - ensuring high-quality outcomes among all firmwide analyst and associate programs (including participant experience, quality of hire, learning, performance, promotion and retention)
  • Lead sub-workstreams/initiatives for Full-Time A&A Program programming; examples of potential focus areas include “Keep-Warm” Communications, Senior HR Leadership updates, Data & Reporting, Survey Creation strategy and Tracking of Key Performance metrics of Early Careers Programs
  • Effectively partner with various global corporate stakeholders who have a substantial interest or play a substantial role in analyst and associate programs, including Talent Development, Campus Recruiting, HR Ops and Technology, Learning, Employer Brand, and Business Management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Advanced MS Office and skills of the future, specifically Excel, Alteryx and PitchPRO+
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across audience levels, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with key partners and stakeholders across a broad organization
  • Demonstrated capability and autonomy to plan and execute complex projects that are cross-functional in nature and have a wide impact
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment; able to make decisions or escalate, as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Recruiting, entry-level program management and/or related knowledge/experience is preferred
  • Process Improvement experience
  • Survey management skills – utilization of SharePoint Surveys, SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics
  • Canva experience
