- Partnering with HR business partners, business leaders and hiring managers to advise on the best hiring strategy;
- Maintaining an understanding of required candidate profiles to align sourcing, target promotion, and develop highly effective interview selection methods;
- Advise stakeholders on talent market conditions, compensation benchmarking and best practices for candidate selection;
- Write and advertise job adverts that are specifically targeted;
- Perform initial candidate screening, including first-stage telephone / video call interviews, in line with hiring manager’s brief;
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process and act as their point of contact throughout;
- Perform salary benchmarking exercises and lead offer negotiations;
- Contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency in our recruitment process;
- Collaborate on the development of Vista’s Employer Brand and messaging.
- Experience recruiting technical or high-volume roles at all levels;
- Experienced recruiter that has worked in aviation recruitment, either in-house or for a recruitment company;
- You have worked with an applicant tracking system (we use iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Experience recruiting internationally – ideally across Europe, and in particular, Germany;
- Ability to communicate professionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
