The Role:
The Helpdesk/IT Administrator be taking on most of the day-to-day IT support issues. You’ll also be helping the IT manager and Systems Administrator maintain and improve the network and server infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal day-to-day support to all employees in person and via a ticketing system.
- Set-up new workstations including monitors, phones, software and hardware
- Take ownership of end user devices by performance monitoring, installing or updating software and performing other maintenance tasks
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with workstations, printers, servers or network devices
- Update and expand on internal documentation
- Take control of small projects to provide new services within the environment
- Help maintain a stable and secure infrastructure
- Other duties as defined by the IT manager and Systems Administrator

Qualifications:
- 3-year degree in Computer Science
- Self-starter is a must.
- Telephony experience
- 3 years minimum working experience
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- Understanding of a domain and its services (AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy)
- Understanding of networking and server virtualization
- Understanding of cloud-based services and applications (O365, Azure, …)
- Excellent at documenting assets, configurations, and processes
- Enjoys being proactive and taking initiative
- Problem solver
- Great at learning new skills
