We are looking for people who love seafood and coastal life and would like to be part of an energetic team running a group of award-winning seafood restaurants with high ambitions.

The Role

We are excited to be recruiting a Trainee Chef to join our restaurant team. This role is perfect for anyone starting out in their hospitality career, or anyone looking for a new direction, as we will give you all the training and support to begin your career journey.

More important than experience is your ability to work as part of a team, be a quick learner able to take instruction, have an excellent eye for detail and a hands-on approach to helping with all aspects of a busy restaurant.

You’ll be working with amazing produce and some great chefs, making for a great opportunity to learn and progress within the kitchen.

Please note that hourly rate is inclusive of a fair share of all gratuities.
