We have exciting opportunities for full time Support Workers, working in our Short Breaks service, Coventry. You will work on a flexible rota including evening and weekends, this is your opportunity to join our dedicated team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible individual with excellent communication skills who share our passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives.
The role does not require any previous experience as full training will be provided, rather we are looking for someone who shares our vision and ethos and is able to demonstrate positive values.
It is crucial that the person in this role understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and always showing respect and dignity to those they are supporting.
About You:
Are you confident and creative and are passionate about the rights of people with learning disabilities, promoting choice, opportunities and independence.
A sense of humour and commitment will go a long way in the role along with honesty, reliability and flexibility, if you can bring fun and encouragement to the team to encourage people to grow and develop, then we want to hear from you!
Previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is not required. A driver is preferred.
