An exciting and unique opportunity to join two young people on their journey to independent living These remarkable young people have just moved into a brand new, adapted home designed to maximise independence. Although they have complex cerebral palsy it doesn't let it hold them back from living life to the max with the support of a great team.
They enjoy a great range of activities, learning and friendships; are personable, fun, resilient and not afraid of a challenge. There are complex care needs requiring support in all daily living activities and receives input / advice from a range of therapists and health professionals. Assistive technology is in daily use.
You will be passionate about delivering a high standard of person-centred care, embraces opportunities to learn new skills, able to work both in a team and independently. Full training and support will be provided.
You will need:
- Experience of support / care work.
- Confidence using IT / computers.
- A full driving license.

Hours: Full or part time hours available. Long/Short /Waking Nights/Sleep ins can be considered. Sleep ins £10.42 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16- 40 per week
Salary: £11.85-£13.77 per hour
