Job description
In this role you will
- Establish effective working relationships with operations, project, and engineering teams.
- Elicit and document business requirements from internal stakeholders (Colmore’s business units) as well as Colmore’s client base, reaching formal agreements for project deliverables alongside the PMO.
- Become a “super-user” of Colmore’s technology platforms and proprietary data models/structures, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical specifications.
- Assist in the definition and design of custom reporting and data output solutions for all areas of Colmore’s business, providing documentation for business and technical stakeholders.
- Provide stakeholder training and support during the embedding of new systems and processes.
- You have experience in requirements elicitation and documentation in a Business Analyst role or similar.
- You possess an analytical approach to your work with an understanding of data management principals including SQL Language.
- You can identify redundant tasks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- You thrive from working in a high pace, evolving, Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You’re competent in using technologies such as Jira and Confluence.
- You have an understanding of finance, accounting concepts and terminology, though this is preferred and not mandatory.
