Support Worker Role Profile
The Vine day service provides a variety of centre based and community based opportunities on a daily basis for up to 60 adults with learning disabilities and a range of complex health and social care support needs.
An exciting opportunity for Support Worker to join a developing and forward thinking service.
The Vine is person centred, strives to promote independence, and works alongside customers to maximise opportunities for those who access the service.
The successful candidates must have knowledge and understanding of the need for dignity, respect, compassion and sensitivity when supporting our customers. In addition, the successful candidates will be responsible in assisting customers to undertake a range of activities, and access community facilities of their choice, supporting and promoting development of daily independent living skills including positive risk taking.

All appointments are subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure and baring service (DBS). The requirement for this post is an Enhanced Check.
