RJS Electronics Ltd are an established company in Bedford for over 20 years. Selling components to a variety of markets including; Medical, Audio & Broadcast, Security & Safety and Military & Defense. We are looking to increase our market presence in the UK and worldwide.
Job Brief:
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible to the Marketing Manager and will be working on a variety of marketing campaigns and activities. The role will involve working on SEO, website development, content marketing, email marketing, and social media. Training will be provided to meet the criteria of the position.
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have strong written communication skills with great attention to detail. You will be able to take on various projects at the same time and have a creative eye.
Key Responsibilities
· Implement updates to the website along with web optimisation and SEO practices
· Offer creative input and ideas for social media, email marketing, and website content
· Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc)
· Edit product data sheets
· Attend industry events and trade shows
Requirements and Skills
Essential
· GCSEs at grades 9-6 (A*-B) in English & Maths
· Demonstrate an ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
· Excellent written skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
Desirable
· Experience with Adobe software such as Photoshop
· Creative flare
Education:
GCSEs
A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
