Job description
We are currently recruiting day and night support workers to do shift work in one of our Residential services in Dewsbury.
Shifts are 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am, 11am-11pm, 10am-10pm
You will be required to support the service users with their:
Daily living skills
Cooking meals
Attending appointments
Going on activities, such as bowling, cinema, work placements etc.
Experience is not required as full training is provided.

Loyalty incentive scheme
- Work for Milewood for 3 years and receive 1-day extra leave
- 5 years receive another 1 day extra
- Each year after, receive 1 days leave up until you have reached an extra
1 week worth of leave days.

If you wish to purchase annual leave (subject to
conditions and contract terms) You can either buy an additional 1 weeks leave
per year as a form of salary sacrifice or use overtime payments to contribute to
additional leave. (Maximum purchase 1 week per year)
