Job description

We are seeking a support worker, for a young man with a learning disability who requires 1-1 support 24hours a day, he has a weekly activity planner, where you will support with activities such as a community farm, swimming, music groups and woodland walks.
A driver is desirable, as he has his own mobility car.

He has his own home in Leominster, you will only work at one location. This position is for two 15hour shifts and two sleep in per week.

£80 per sleep in.
