Support Worker – Adults and Children - Peterborough area - Driving not essential.

What do we require:
- The only things that we require are your positive, caring approach and willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience in Learning difficulties in both children and adults is advantageous.
- Driving licence is desired BUT as we have a services in all areas, if you're a walker we still have opportunities for you.

Responsibilities:
We have been approved to start providing support to children and adults with varying needs on a brand-new contract. The role is initially part time but this will gradually increase as we are handed more referrals. We anticipate that this role is going to be varied and that every service user will have different levels of help needed. You will be responsible to assist vulnerable people with their day-to-day activities, either they need assistance with personal care, their household chores or cooking. They may also need someone to talk to, go to planned activities such as laser tag/cinema or be taken to appointments. Your support will make a huge difference in their lives, that's why this job is so rewarding!
