Job description
Gridiron IT is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist local to Washington DC to work onsite.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Performs day-to-day activities required to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to end users
- Move/add/change of end user equipment
- Software install and upgrades
- General troubleshooting and problem resolution
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 6 years of related experience providing IT Hardware and Software Deployment, Troubleshooting, and Problem Resolution support to end users.
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to create, edit and submit process and procedural documentation when needed

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
