Location: Field Based – London, 37.5 Hours
Your Mission…

The National Makeup Artist serves as the Lancôme Brand Ambassador, you will have a creative mindset and will deliver strong Makeup Artistry masterclasses and elevated client services as well as being our face of the brand at PR events. You will be passionate about service, artistry and storytelling whilst being able to engage our Beauty Advisor community via online and face to face training.
Joining us…
- Responsible for driving the national eventing strategy, leading the beauty advisors to generate retail sales through in-store events for both new and loyal clientele to strengthen brand loyalty.
- You will be professional and comfortable working with key influencers and liaising with our PR teams to lead Pro Artist teams at PR events including Bafta.
- You ooze confidence with genuine excitement for beauty trends in which you are able to actively engage and motivate our Beauty Advisors through our calendar of instore masterclasses, virtual and classroom based training.
- Collaborate with the Education Manager to deliver the education strategy across the UKI to inspire our new and existing Beauty Advisors and customers with elegant and couture trend led looks.
- Identify training needs within the field and working with the Education Manager to create a strategy for these gaps.
- You are digitally savvy with a strong online presence, engaging with social media trends to create content on your own branded Instagram handle. You will continue to engage with your followers and expand your network whilst professionally representing the brand.
Support and Development…
- You will have a full induction into the brand and will attend an annual NMA Seminar with our Global Makeup Artistry Director to continue your development.
- You will attend quarterly team trainings where you will have an intro to all new launches, application techniques and get to play with all our new iconic products!
- You will have access to an ongoing channel to all our National Makeup Artists across the globe to lean on for support and guidance.
- You will have the full support of our in-house PR team to help develop and grow your online presence.
- You will have access to E-Learning modules where you can develop yourself, we will support your development with a best in the business experience.
About you…
- You will have worked as a Makeup Artist on a national level, with a strong retail led background.
- You will have a strong artistry skillset in which you can use to coach and educate the teams.
- You will be confident creating content for social media.
- You will have knowledge of computer systems - Microsoft Office Suite and editing programmes.
- You will be comfortable with extensive travel.
