Your new role
We are currently recruiting a part time Support Practitioner, offering 21 hours per week, permanent contract within our housing support services in Aberdeen. The role as a support practitioner will involve supporting our 24 hour housing support services working with individuals who have a range of complex support needs. You will work on a 1;2;1 basis assisting people with day to day living, assisting them and encouraging them to live happy meaningful lives and achieve their personal goals/ambitions. The role will also include various tasks such as, administering medication, cooking, cleaning and playing a part in a range of activities the people we support enjoy such art and crafts, shopping, walking, cinema and other interests/hobbies.

Most of the people supported are very at home in their own in their accommodation and have a goal to becoming as independent as possible.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Can work to strict processes and company policies and procedures
- Ability to respond to emergency situations should they arise.
- Can bring a sense of fun, positivity and fulfilment to the role.
- Hold a UK driving licence
