As Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for travelling to our Centres in Southern England. You’ll be confident in your ability to lead our diverse team of Managers ensuring they are competent, compliant and meet company expectations.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager who:
● Has knowledge of the legal framework principles covering service management, health and safety and people
● Has Operations Manager experience with an understanding of the substance misuse treatment system
● Has Clinical and regulatory knowledge
● Has previous experience managing staff
● Holds experience in performance management of organisations and people
● Can create and develop high performing teams
Duties & responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
● To ensure that each centre under remit provides high quality care and meets regulatory responsibilities.
● Ensure centres are compliant against our client’s policies and procedures, Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations & CQC fundamental standards, NICE Guidelines, Health & Safety,
Employment Law, Data protection and other relevant regulation and legislation, across all services.
● To ensure performance objectives are met within each centre which include retention, occupancy, successful admissions, outcomes, reviews etc.
● To contribute to the operational plan and action tasks and objectives.
● Continually improve and develop centres in line with industry standards and corporate and commercial strategy.
● To line manage and ensure registered managers are competent, compliant and meet expectations.
Responsibilities would include: Monthly supervision, training, targets & objectives, performance management, compliance and managing risk, HR, H&S, CQC Support, reporting and communication.
● Support including expertise, safeguarding, serious untoward incidents, compliance issues, complaints, medication errors, operational issues, safety, risk management.
● To lead on CQC-related matters and support registered managers.
● To oversee and manage HR responsibilities and matters for centres under remit.
● Ensure procedures are being adhered to that protect the company.
● Ensure systems are compliant and used in line with expectations.
● Responsible for overseeing spending, purchasing and training at centre level and seek approval from Head of Operations.
● Health & Safety Lead – Ensure all centres and staff under remit meet standards.
● Oversee and manage the quality system for services in remit. To ensure delivery of audit, inspection, reporting and corrective action, for continual improvement of the performance of services and care.
● Change management - delivery, Implementation and continued analysis for successful outcomes.
● To work closely with the Operations team - To share information & good practice and improve services.
● Cover for absence.

Salary: £46,801.00-£49,890.00 per year
