On our path to becoming the world’s favorite way to shop, we’re assembling an unparalleled global talent network, accelerating individual careers, and disrupting entire industries. We are on a mission to liberate humanity from all the meaningless time spent managing their purchases and finances, so they can do more of what they love. Owning key weekly meetings including coordinating training, partner deep dives and all hands.
Operational excellence: Be the connective tissue between several parts of the go-to-market organization (e.g., Partner Success, Business Development, Product Operations, Finance & Analytics, etc.) and take on strategic projects that touch several parts of the business such as locally adapting global ways of working or helping to roll out new projects/products.

Day to Day will be a mixture of the following:

    • Scheduling and coordinating external partner meetings for the GM
    • Work directly with the GM in a chief of staff style role to tackle strategic cross-functional initiatives
    • Coordinate with product teams for upcoming launches, distill global information for the relevant markets
    • Coordinate leadership offsites and domain events
    • Tackling ad hoc projects to drive success for the group

You Have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience with internal stakeholder management while managing multiple priorities
    • Excellent attention to detail and a strong project management skill set
    • Proven ability to learn new things in rapidly changing environments
    • Excellent oral and written presentation skills coupled with the ability to communicate product and business-related matters
    • Comfort using Google Sheets and Google Docs (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)

    • A driven individual with a can-do mentality, ready to achieve great results!
    • Excited about working in a fast-paced environment to accelerate our growth momentum in UK, Ireland and Netherlands
    • Flexible working on several types of projects from diary management to coordinating large scale product roll outs
    • Interested in the techniques comprising Klarna’s solutions, although deep technical knowledge is not an initial requirement
    • Comfortable and experienced in working directly with senior management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize - this is a generalist role where they’ll need to quickly digest multiple topics, deduce the important points and move quickly on next steps. They’ll receive outreach from teams across the org which is incredible for gaining a wholistic view of the business, however if people who would find that overwhelming it won’t be the right fit.
    • Strong communication skills - need to be the voice of the GTM in cross functional meetings, have ability to clearly communicate information/action/deadlines and ensure follow through. Need the ability to separate news from noise without guidance - i.e. what’s actually important, push back on what’s not.

    • Comfortable making decisions with minimal direction.
