A Wellness themed boutique hotel in Richmond is looking to hire a Food and Beverage Assistant/Hotel PA
The ideal candidate will have experience in catering, food service, food handling, food safety, restaurant, food industry, banquet, bartending, dietary aide
The scope of the role is not limited to Food and Beverage, you will be reporting directlt to the Hotel owner and acting as her PA as well as handling HR Administration duties
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and service
- Set up and break down of banquet events
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Follow all food safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Hotel experience is essential for this role
- PA and HR Admin experience is desirable as is an interest in Yoga or Wellness
- Previous experience in catering, food service, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
