We are seeking IT support Engineers to join one of the Largest IT Managed Service Providers in Europe.

As a Field based IT Support Engineer you will attend a range of Client sites providing support on their IT hardware and software products, within the required SLAs. You will utilise your strong Technical and Customer Service skills, ensuring that customer issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner to a wide portfolio of customers. In this key role you will become a trusted advisor to our customers across a wide range of technical areas.
As this is a technically hands on position, you will need the below experience / skills:
- Experience of supporting a range of PC, Laptop, Printer technologies within a site or field environment.
- Pride yourself on delivering the highest quality service to the customer.
- Relish the prospect of the opportunities to train in new technologies and services
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Have strong communications skills and be a strong team player
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- As you will be sometimes working alongside our colleagues in the UK Public Sector, you will be required to undertake Security Clearance.

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
