We’re looking for driven, passionate Graduates to join our Supply Chain Management Programme, who will thrive in a challenging, fast paced business and whose ambitions match ours!
B&M is a FTSE 100 business with 35,000+ colleagues, working across 700+ retail stores, 6 Distribution Centres and a Support Centre in Liverpool. We are an ambitious, fast paced retailer with a desire to continue our growth!
Our Supply Chain Graduate Programme is an 18-month plan that will fully immerse you in every aspect of our business. You’ll gain a thorough understanding of our logistics operation, KPI’s, costs, day to day running and of course, our people. You’ll also be equipped with the leadership skills to support you, as you progress your career to become a Team Manager or develop in an equivalent management position.
Working with our Supply Chain team, you will learn various roles and the processes that make our DC network so successful! You’ll spend time across various departments to gain a range of experience within the world of Supply Chain.
Our exciting programme offers you a chance to work on various projects across Imports, Transport, Distribution, Ecommerce and Supply Chain Management. You’ll get the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders and play a role in the future planning of our operation.
What you’ll need:
- To be a recent graduate or in your final year of study ready to start the programme September 2023
- Be on track or have achieved a 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline
- Full UK Driving License
- The Right to work in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis
- A positive, determined attitude, able to build relationships and influence
- Excellent communication skills to be able to talk effectively to all areas of the business
- A desire to have a career in Supply Chain Management!
