Job Description
Based in the Birmingham office, you will develop your career as a Senior Accountant as a key addition to their accounts and trust teams. As you develop within the role you will take on a portfolio of clients preparing accounts, review work of junior staff and provide wider services for overseas clients. The managerial/senior managerial and director support will support and develop the right person making this transition from a more standard accountancy practice role and will encourage, support and develop the right professional. The team is growing in response to an expanding and more demanding client base this is an excellent opportunity to join a team at the next stage in its growth, with excellent appraisal systems in place and genuine progression on offer as you develop, grow and carve an influential role in this team.
The Successful Applicant
- Have at least 2 years' experience of working within an accountancy practice and have a broad training in accounts and tax.
- Be looking to advance in their studies towards
- Have a great attitude to learning and working as part of a team.
- Be positive and flexible in their approach.
- Be an excellent communicator with good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Have rights to work and reside in the U.K.
