We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join Airbus Filton as a Supply Chain Business Improvement Manager.
If successful, the department you would join work on three main activities:
Supply Management with a focus on quality, time and cost
Control Supplier, ensuring our flyable products continuously meet our Airbus Supplier's Requirements
Supplier Development where we anticipate complex issues, mitigate risks and develop supplier's capabilities
We would like your support in implementing the Digital and Performance Improvement Strategy in Wing Aerostructure Procurement Operations and moving this team from a reactive to a risk management operation. You would join a team of approximately 10 people located in the UK (Filton & Broughton) and Germany (Bremen) sites. One of our key missions is to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders so that Wing Aerostructures Work Packages are delivered on time, cost and quality today and for years to come.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Performance Data Consolidation and Analysis - SQCDP, Performance Control Room
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Support to Governance - Leadership Team Reviews, Management Meetings, workshops, events
Contribute to Project Management - LBIP, Agile, Crisis team, Roadmaps, Dashboards, Action plans
Digital Focal Point for Procurement Operations - Skywise transverse data analysis for example
ABOUT YOU
Experienced in Project Management (Incl LBIP and Agile methods)
Knowledge of Quality Fundamentals (Lean, NC Management, APQP)
Procurement Operations Quality Tools (CAPRI)
Procurement Operations Digital toolset (PO Cockpit, SAP, SMP, Skywise, Google Suite)
