Monday to Friday ( 30+hrs a week ) Competitive hourly rate + Overtime + Holiday + Pension
Peak Sunbed Home Hire LTD are currently recruiting for a experienced Delivery driver who is punctual, well organised and self-motivated, The role will include loading / unloading your vehicle and when not delivering you will be required to help out in the warehouse. The role will be driving all over Derbyshire and Staffordshire & Nottinghamshire collecting and dropping off sunbeds in domestic properties only.
The role is based in Ashbourne and is available immediately.
we'd expect you to always:
- Work well as part of a team and individually
- Be physically fit and able to lift and carry the sunbeds
- Be polite, friendly and helpful
- Follow company policy on every delivery to ensure safety and great service levels
- Follow Scheduled routes, driving safely and responsibly driving within the speed limit
- Early starts will be required some times
- Be presentable and wear the company uniform
- Keep your vehicle clean and tidy
- Refuel your vehicle at the end of your shift so its ready for the next run
- Carry out safety checks on your vehicle before you leave the depot
- Be flexible with working hours
- Occasionally be able to do overtime
You need to:
- Have a clean driving license
- Have experience driving Vans
- Have no objection to a Disclosure check
- Be Physically fit due to the requirement of lifting and manoeuvring goods
