Job description
We are recruiting a Team Leader to join our Student Services leadership Team, to support team members to provide an outstanding, warm, welcoming, individualised and inspiring activity and services.
With experience of delivering outstanding customer service and of effective liaison activity you will have excellent collaboration and organization skills and the ability to effectively manage projects.
You will supervise daily operational activity, ensuring processes and practice are innovative, robust, dynamic and are accurately and professionally applied, to provide outstanding service. Your experience of developing and effectively implementing outstanding processes and practice will compliment this.
Deputising for the Student Services Manager where required, you will positively and professionally represent the Student Services department, across the College and in the community.
The salary for this post is up to £29,323.
