Bay Vet Group is seeking the perfect candidate to join our Practice! This is a floating position and would require the successful candidate to work across all of our surgeries in Teignbridge and Torbay
We are searching for a Veterinary Nursing Assistant to join our fantastic, friendly team in our busy first opinion and referral practice. We require an organised, enthusiastic, caring individual with a passion for animal care. The role responsibilities include helping caring for our in-patients (Walking, feeding etc), assisting our Veterinary nurses with animal handling and restraint for treatment, ensuring that the practice is kept clean and tidy, occasional reception duties and generally being a great team player!
We are a, 100% small animal practice with certificate holders in Surgery, Ophthalmology and Cardiology and dentistry, with state-of-the-art equipment including CT and in-house laboratory.
Candidates should ideally have at least 1 years’ experience working as a Veterinary Nursing Assistant or in an animal care role but those with other animal care related experience/education will also be considered
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, including some weekend hours. This position may also include some out of hours inpatient care
