Job description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in management consulting or investment banking.
  • Experience in executive level stakeholder management.
  • Experience structuring analysis and executive written and verbal
    communications, with clear storylines and visualizations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations, as well as market specific regulatory and digital ad industry dynamics.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be part of a team that’s passionate about putting gTech’s customers first, and helping drive organizational transformation. You will work cross-functionally with key partners across gTech to lead and support a mix of strategic and operational projects. You will also support the development of plans and recommendations for global and regional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the process for defining cross-gTech strategies, translating them into cross-gTech initiatives, and driving their execution.
  • Engage Google-wide stakeholders on initiatives (e.g., projects that cross-Product, Sales, Marketing, and Policy).
  • Provide strategic problem-solving insights and frameworks to drive projects and initiatives forward.
