As the Strategic Ticket Analyst you will work as part of the Corporate Investment Bank's Strategic Sponsorships Team, partnering across lines of business to help manage client entertainment requests in the form of ticketed events as well as provide administrative support to the Sponsorships Team.
Job responsibilities:
- Plan the strategic use of firm ticket subscriptions for client events/entertainment
- New York: Yankee Stadium, Citi Field, MetLife Stadium and MSG
- San Francisco: Oracle Park and Chase Center
- Chicago: Soldier Field, United Center, Wrigley Field and Chicago Theater
- Manage relationship and inflow/outflow of requests from over 30 ticket point people and various bankers within Corporate Investment Bank; represent Corporate Investment Bank's supply/demand with central corporate ticket office
- Manage the ticket allocations, order management and approval processing from ticket point people entering data into internal systems
- Provide assistance to the J.P. Morgan Sponsorships team , a ttend and keep team notes for weekly calls with the internal and external partners for each individual sponsorship; prepare pre-meeting agendas and materials for partners and stakeholders
- Update asset trackers, creative calendars and sponsorship/event calendars for each ticket + sponsorship property; track all charitable contribution requests as well as obtain approvals, fill tables for gala benefits and manage program advertisements
- Manage creative marketing requests in SharePoint site, track, and submit all sponsorship + ticket invoices; e xpense tracking for all sponsorships; manage data maintenance for all sponsorships
- Assist with planning select ticketed events and/or sponsorships, help liaise with the business, business managers and admins to keep them informed of sponsorships, updates and available opportunities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in marketing, events, tickets, operations, finance or support function
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-sufficient and motivated; good sense of time management, prioritization and ability to execute against deliverables
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high energy fast paced environment; m ust be able to roll-up your sleeves, have a team player attitude and commitment to success
- Can problem solve and be proactive in escalation
- Comfortable to interact with members of events + firm
- Good judgment and awareness of organizational hierarchy and respective business needs
- Proficient working in databases and spreadsheets
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Basic knowledge of sponsorships, events, sports venues and museums
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Cvent, SharePoint
