JOB DESCRIPTION
Our reception team play a pivotal role in the success of our business as they are the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
We are looking for home based telephone receptionists who are passionate about providing a high level of service, to work as part of our busy reception team.
You will be required to work from home. You must have access to a landline / Skype and a stable internet connection. Over and above contracted hours, flexibility would be required with regard to overtime shifts bearing in mind the company operates a 24-hour reception.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- logging on to the system promptly at the start each shift
- remain in Skype contact with your colleagues throughout your shift
- answering all calls as quickly as possible
- greeting customers
- be aware of which readers are expected to be logged on whilst you are on shift & answer reader availability questions
- registering new clients
- processing credit card payments
- connecting the customer to the required psychic
- if the required psychic is not available, you will need to be able to recommend an alternative
- assist a customer with the choice of psychic if necessary
- pre-booking sessions with specific psychics
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Full training will be given on our telephone system as well as training to carry out the role as a receptionist within the company. Experience as a telephone receptionist/call centre worker with previous customer service experience is required.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- an interest in wellbeing and spirituality would be advantageous but not essential

- basic IT experience using excel & word

Job Type: Maternity leave cover for a minimum period of 6 months from the beginning of July 2023 to January 9th, 2024, with an option to extend on a month-by-month basis for up to 9 months. Must be available to start training immediately.
Hours/shifts:
Tuesdays: 1pm – 6pm
Wednesdays: 1pm – 5pm
Thursdays: 6pm – 9pm
Sundays: 6pm – 11pm
17 hours per week
Please only apply if you are available for these shifts, and to assist with covering overtime which includes weekends, days, and night shifts.
Salary: £10.42 per hour day rate / £11.42 per hour night rate (night rate applies 11pm-5am)
