SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)

As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes, solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the integrated circuit fabrication, semiconductor packaging, and electronic assembly industries. Our products touch nearly every facet of modern life and enable smart devices, phones, computers, electric vehicles, and more to function properly. SAS consists of three distinct business units (Circuit Board Assembly, Semiconductor Assembly, and Wafer Level Packaging) which are positioned to meet our customers’ everchanging needs. CIRCUITRY SOLUTIONS

As a global supplier of chemical formulations to the electronics industry, we design and manufacture proprietary liquid chemical processes ("baths") used by our customers to manufacture printed circuit boards. Our product portfolio is focused on specialized consumable chemical processes, such as surface treatments, circuit formation, primary metallization, electroplate and final finishes.

Job Purpose

The strategic business partner has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and is able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. In addition, he/she has the ability to strategically plan campaigns based on existing needs, and analyze campaigns results, working closely with the Global Marketing Communications Team. Strategic plans and campaign activities must facilitate business growth and help achieve business goals. To achieve goals and objectives, this person must be organized, resourceful, creative, and have strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

Market Research

• Through research and data analysis, contribute to the development of Personas and Customer Journeys for each of the target market segments working closely with members of the Global Marketing Communications Teams and line of business managers.

Marketing Communications

• Leads the development of strategic content in collaboration with strategic business partners and product line managers for use as part of MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions (MAES) market outreach to meet the needs of stakeholders and audience.
• Expands the marketing content by working closely with line of business managers, sales managers, and Global Marketing Communications Teams utilizing Personas and Customer Journey Mapping
• Contributes content in support of MAES’ social media presence in key channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google, Atlas and ShowPad, and WeChat ensuring consistency in brand and message.
• Identifies market trends and insights with recommendations to optimize spend and performance based on insights and KPIs.

Public Relations

• Designs of projects related to P.R. activities working closely with events and PR manager.
• Develops and coordinates advertisements, campaigns, and promotions.

Administrative

• Supports with communication and scheduling.
• Contributes information to the Global Marketing Communications Calendar
• Prepares PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of related experience
• Travel up to 25%
• Atlas Marketing experience
• Prior agency or corporate marketing experience
• Strong Budget Management
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
• Excellent creative eye to help elevate creative output
• Technical Background Preferred
• MS Office Software

Education
