Our Stores Operative will provide logistics support and asset management to BT Operational Field Teams from a network of BT Supply Chain (BTSC) Forward Stock Locations (FSL).

What will the role involve as our Stores Operative?

  • To maintain the highest possible levels of logistical support making sure stock levels are accurate and in line with customer requirements.
  • To provide over the counter service - issuing and booking out stock items to customers.
  • Receiving and issuing individual customer orders delivered direct to the FSL.
  • To arrange 1-1 replacement of key Openreach test equipment to and from the repair agent via TraX.
  • To follow in life/Warranty process and regularly return items to ES Triage Centre.
  • To maintain card control stock at Managed Kit Rooms (MKR) on behalf of parent site where co-located.

What are we looking for in our Stores Operative? You may have a variety of the below;

  • Drivers licence not essential but desirable.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Computing knowledge.
  • Someone who can work independently but can also engage with the team.
