As a Store Manager, you'll lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver great service to customers. In a fast-moving environment, you'll know how to have fun too, while keeping store performance on track.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximising stores sales performance and gross profit targets
- Managing every aspect of the commercial, financial and operational running of the store
- Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Motivate your team to achieve maximum performance.
- Recruit strong talent to support your team.
- Organise the entirety of store operations and appropriately delegate responsibilities to your Assistant Store Managers and the sales team.
- Analyse sales and expense reports to access your budget and deliver profitability.
- Manage inventory levels and report feedback regarding local demand.
- Execute and maintain premium store presentation standards.
- Follow the latest market trends and make a conscious effort to keep abreast with local competition.
- Manage all aspects of operational compliance.
You’ll need proven management experience in a customer focused retail environment. We are looking for candidates who have the confidence and ability to lead, motivate and inspire enthusiastic teams in providing sales support and customer service.
