Store Auditor
Swindon- covering west and NW London areas
£34,197 plus company car – Field Based – Permanent
We are currently looking to recruit an Operations Evaluation Coach to support our Operations Evaluation Team (Store Audit) in the Swindon- covering west and NW London areas.
This role is part of a national team, reporting into our Operations Evaluations Manager to support our Franchisee population in ensuring that their Stores are working to a required standard and also providing them with support and assistance to achieve the best possible results. Our Operations Evaluation team members play a vital role in reviewing store standards, ensuring the consistent delivery of a quality product and service with a smile.
The right person for this role will be from a food service background, with a strong focus on customer service, and will possess the ability to work independently. The ability is to work with your team to ensure best practice and delivery of a first-class service is also a key element of this role.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a multi-site business within an Operational function and has a proven track record in:
- Maintaining standards and coaching
- Providing hands-on training during evaluations
- Providing positive, constructive, and actionable feedback
- Influencing and negotiating
- Facilitating operational workshops
- Providing operational and training support to new and existing stores
An assertive person who can build rapport quickly you will be confident in giving constructive feedback and skilled in diffusing conflict situations. You must be a confident decision maker who can communicate well with people at all levels whilst possessing excellent organisational and planning skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel & Word you will be competent presenter who thrives under pressure. If you can match the above and have a flexible approach to work then we would love to hear from you.
Please Note: This role involves extensive travel, with overnight stays and weekend and evening work and you must possess a full driving licence.
