We have a unique opportunity for an experienced concierge from the luxury sector to lead resident operations.
We’re looking for an outgoing and organized individual who is comfortable with delivering first-class service to our guests in a luxury environment. Alongside dealing with guests, you’ll coordinate and carry out minor building maintenance, as well as overseeing house-keeping services ensuring apartments are kept to the highest of standards.
Everyday tasks will include, dealing with post & deliveries, apartment stock, guest arrivals & enquiries and varied health and safety related tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
- Delivery of exceptional service to all guests staying in the building
- Meeting our guests, ensuring they receive an outstanding first impression, and guiding them through the rest of their experience.
- Troubleshooting minor maintenance and technology issues (e.g., light bulb replacements, providing access to units, Wi-Fi connectivity or overseeing contractor appointments)
- Performing housekeeping quality audits, apartment quality audits and inventory checks in our apartments to ensure they meet our standards.
- Completion of health and safety and security related tasks.
- Responding to general enquiries from guests, ensuring they are recorded accurately on our CRM database.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service and/or Hospitality position
- Comfortable working in a luxury environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional, confident, and diplomatic manner
- The ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes challenging environment
- Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Confidence in independent problem-solving and comfortable asking for help when needed
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with a rotating shift pattern including weekends.
