Receptionist
We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Receptionist to join our fun & friendly KFM team!
With over 25 years of specialist Recruitment experience, KFM Recruitment has a long-established reputation as a market leader in the supply of temporary and permanent staff across the Hull and East Riding area.
The Role:
As a key member in our Reception/Administration department, you’ll quickly become a valued part of the KFM team and integral to the whole recruitment process - from a candidate’s first contact, through to registration, interview, and beyond.
Responsibilities include:
- Front of the house, greeting candidates and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering telephones; call screening and taking accurate messages
- Registration of candidates, guiding and assisting through the recruitment registration process
- Completing Right to Work checks
- Data input onto bespoke recruitment software system
- Communicating with candidates via email and telephone
- Other general reception duties as required
The Candidate:
- Experienced in working in a busy reception/face-to-face customer service role
- Great customer service skills.
- Strong administrative skills
- The ability to input data in an accurately
- An excellent team player with a drive to succeed
- You will be confident with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and ideally have some experience of using databases.
Previous experience within the recruitment industry is not essential as full training is provided. Great customer service skills, strong administrative skills, and excellent attention to detail are essential.
Candidates must be looking for full time employment.

- £21,500 p.a.

- 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
