Job description
Responsibilities:
Able to work at both Piccadilly and Marylebone branches depending on business needs.
Ensure all vehicles in the showrooms are in excellent condition and showroom ready.
Assist in the moving of vehicles in and out of the showrooms for various events and product rotation.
Log and report all vehicle mechanical needs, repair, and maintenance.
Ensure the cleanliness of all vehicles on location and for any event.
Assist with the daily opening and closing procedures.
Represent the Brand with excellence by providing the highest level of customer service.
Complete any ad-hoc duties as requested by the supervisor or manager.
Previous customer service experience providing exceptional serviceKnowledge, skills, and experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate: PC, databases, email and internet, word processing and spreadsheets
Personable, presentable, and articulate
Logical, flexible approach to problem-solving
Able to communicate complex ideas clearly in a professional and warm manner
Able to work without supervision but also as part of a wider team
Displays initiative, proactivity, and self-confidence and drives actions forward
Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
Able to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
