Job description
We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Front of House Assistant to work at Cleveland Clinic London.
- Providing a friendly, warm and knowledgeable service to all patients, visitors and caregivers
- To prepare and maintain the food service areas in an attractive and hygienic manner and to be responsible for accurate use of tills.
- Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO/ CCL style using the correct tools and presentation techniques as instructed
- Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner in line with the sites vision
- To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable
- Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules
