We are looking for a Stocking Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, have the ability to work quickly and efficiently and be able to react and prioritise work schedule. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a positive attitude, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise.
- Maintain an orderly and clean stockroom.
- Receive and process deliveries.
- Perparing orders to suppliers.
- Putting up job boxes for technicians.
- Using in house purchase order system.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling merchandise.
- Deliver goods to site when necessary.
Desirable Attributes:
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be competent working with IT systems.
- The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Team working skills
- Willingness to learn.
Some electrical parts and warehouse experience would be ideal but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.50 per hour
