Pulse Nursing Agency are proud to be working with one of our Research clients on an exciting project based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Our client will be running a project aimed at carrying out blood tests for vital research, starting in April with an expected completion date of August 2023.

We are looking for experienced Administrators to work as part of a project team of 20 healthcare professionals who will work together for the entire project length of the project. Successful Administrators will be invited to spend a day on site before the site opens to gain greater familiarity of the location, undertake training on the provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and to complete set up in readiness for day one.

The role offers competitive pay rates of £10.65-£13.90 per hour. With shifts available Monday-Friday (8:00am-19:30pm).

Working as an Administrator on this project you will:

  • Be responsible for greeting participants, ensuring participants have a pleasant experience and are managed in a professional way at all times
  • Sensitively check the participant for any symptoms of ill health and wellbeing before entering their appointment
  • Check/validate their information on the appointment system
  • Accurately and efficiently record participant details on the system
  • Support the Service Delivery Lead and Healthcare Support Workers in daily set up and close down activities
  • Escalate immediately to the SDL if it becomes apparent that the site is not or is likely to become non-compliant with clinical standards or standard operating procedures

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Proven Administration experience within a healthcare setting.
  • Be competent in Microsoft Office or similar applications.
  • Previous exposure within a face-to-face customer service environment.
  • Immediate holder of the Right to Work in the UK.
