Job Description: Social Media Specialist / Customer Service Assistant
Dual Role-
Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and manage content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns
- Analyse social media metrics and provide reports on performance and insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, interact and deal with all customer inbound communications
- Having understanding of social media messaging methods, email threads, Amazon, eBay, Shopify messaging services
- Relay and forward complaints, raise areas of improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of campaigns
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
