Job description
My client who operates within Property sector is currently recruiting for an experienced Network Engineer. This will be a hybrid role, working both within network operations/3rd Line and project delivery.

Key responsibilities:
- To proactively diagnose and troubleshoot networking faults and performance issues
- Maintain network software and hardware lifecycle
- Maintain Technical Documentation
- Proactively monitor network performance, utilisation, and health alerts
- Network commissioning and installation
- Maintain good relationships with partners and key stakeholders
- Participate on bi-monthly on-call SOC rota
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience within enterprise networking
- Experience working within both project delivery and BAU/Operations
- Demonstrate good understanding of cyber security principles, priorities, and incident management
- Valid CCNP Enterprise or working towards
- Proficient with Cisco LAN (Wired and Wireless) WAN, Security and Data Centre Networking
- Practical experience of working with next-generation firewall technologies i.e., Palo Alto Gateways and Cisco Firepower Services
- Practical experience of secure wired, wireless and VPN onboarding
- Experience of working within the ITIL framework and demonstrate its use and standards within change control, operations, and project delivery
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP Security or equivalent
- F5 Local Traffic Management experience
- Cisco SD-Access/WAN, DNA Centre experience
