Location: London, The Speechmark + (Hybrid Working*)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you'll do


Vodafone is one of the UK’s largest advertisors, with a heritage in sponsorship. After a period of quiet in this space, we are re-investing in sponsorship, with an exciting three year programme including Glastonbury, BST, Kendall Calling and more.


We are looking for a sponsorship specialist with a passion for – and ideally experience in – Live music, to assist our team in what is an exciting Music Festivals sponsorship and events programme of activity for Vodafone.


This role is responsible for helping in the organisation, delivery and execution of sponsorship and partnership activation for the UK consumer brand across our music portfolio.


Please note this role does include a large amount of on-site delivery so please consider your willingness to travel, and to work outside of normal 9-6 working hours during the summer months.


Your day-to-day role will involve:


  • Support the sponsorship team through ownership and delivery of all project management including.
  • Support the sponsorship team in managing and activating sponsorship properties, including planning, creative development and live event activation.
  • Ownership of projects and workstreams including talent management, media partnerships, experiential, tech.
  • Responsibility for managing some approvals, merchandising & ticketing processes.
  • Manage the sponsorship budget on behalf of the team including purchase order creation, goods receipting and payment tracking.

Who you are


Experience wise, we are looking for experience in sponsorship, either client-side or within a sponsorship agency or rights holder business preferable.


In addition to this, we will look for:


  • Solid knowledge of Excel.
  • Attention to detail, especially in working with spreadsheets and project management workflow.
  • Strong multi-tasking, people skills and administrative organisation.
