HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR BEING SOUGHT BY VERY SUCCESSFUL HOSPITALITY/RETAIL BUSINESS
MUST HAVE AT LEAST HR ASSISTANT EXPERIENCE AND A KEEN INTEREST IN AN HR CAREER
My Client is one of the UK’s leading Retail/Hospitality brands, and they are now looking for a personable and capable person to join their HR team.
You could be a HR graduate at degree or HND (or similar ) level,or CIPD level 3 or more, who is looking to progress in HR after 2 years+ experience.
Overall Purpose
To provide a range of HR generalist activities supporting our UK Head Office employees and the wider UK operations population
Support the HR Manager in the delivery of people related projects

Knowledge & Experience
In a head-office environment, within a fast paced busy department:
- Previous experience in a busy diverse HR support role
- Has worked in an environment where there is a high volume workload
- Experience of resolving less complex ER issues
- Experience of managing family related leave policies, processes and administration
- Previous experience in the administration of employee benefits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and structure work to meet deadlines
- IT literacy
oPowerPoint; able to create presentations
oWord; able to produce accurate documents using standard templates
