Job description
An opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join Fresh. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be offered exposure to many different areas of our business and will hold the responsibility for general administrative support to the wider team including arranging meetings, preparing information for presentations, and ensuring that IT facilities are in place as and when required.
The Administration Assistant will have set tasks, however no two days will be the same, and you could be involved in anything from diary management, preparing documentation for meetings, collating, and preparing data in line with reporting cycles, maintaining accurate records and booking / preparing meeting rooms for internal and external meetings including refreshments.
The role is an agile based role where you will be able to work both in the office and remotely.

About you
This is a varied role encompassing a broad range of administrative tasks. You’ll be working as part of a small yet constantly growing team where you’ll be sharing learning and good practice with colleagues to drive continuous improvement. You will need to be an excellent team player and flexible to the needs of the business with a high level of IT literacy. It’s important that you have the drive to succeed and finish tasks and can adapt your communication style dependant on the audience.
Candidates need to be able to use the MS suite (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) and be comfortable using in-house / bespoke IT systems.
