Sky Garden welcomes over 1.5 million guests a year and is an iconic London tourist attraction. Sky Pod and City Garden Bars are an all-day drinking and dining rooftop space situated amongst the impressive gardens and offering the best 360-degree views of London and beyond. Our bars greet every guest with a range of ready to eat options available throughout the day, and a selection of tapas and street food option in the evenings.

But that's not all! Larch Café's premium on-the-go concept, located on the ground floor, serves a wide choice of coffee, juices, light snacks and grab and go food and drink by day.

At Sky Garden, we take pride in sourcing sustainable, seasonal ingredients and crafting fresh, delicious dishes from scratch.

We’re looking for a skilled Sous Chef that will support our Head Chef in overseeing the food in our two Bars and Larch Café, able to deliver quality at high volumes with an excellent knowledge of health and safety. As the number two in command, you'll be a natural leader, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver excellence day in and day out.

A background in retail / high street would be a huge bonus… we’re also keen to hear from candidates with experience in venue catering or B&I food service.
